Pepastars are made of paper for good reasons. As the most responsive and versatile creative material paper allows all kinds of modifications with very common tools like scissors, pencils or glue and can be easily transformed by hand.

Pepastars come in ten different matching colours.

Pepastars are made in Germany from 100% recycled paper (over 85% of which comes from household collections). The bright white paper used for packaging and instructions is equally made from 100% recycled paper and is being produced co2-neutrally without the use of chlorine bleach. All papers used hold the certificate "Blauer Engel" of the german governmental institution "Jury Umweltstiftung".

The social and ecological idea is being consequently continued through regional production an and around the city of Kassel, located in the center of Germany. The distances for transportation are short and job security is enforced in a city with a unemployment rate of over 20%.

In Germany, Pepastar-Products hold the Greenpeace-Logo of the Greenpeace Media GmbH, as a signal for a socially, ecologically and economically exemplary product.
